GEORGE TOWN: Penang MCA adviser Datuk Koay Kar Huah (pic) has lambasted Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for proposing toll charges for the proposed 6.5km Gurney Drive-Bagan Ajam undersea tunnel.
He pointed out that Pakatan Rak-yat had promised to abolish all tolls during the 2008 general election.
