BACK by popular demand, chef Baptiste Fournier, who was voted as one of the top six young chefs in France by the famed Gault Millau guide, returns to Mezze Bistro in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur to cook up a storm with head chef Yves Pierre Renou.
From March 11 to 16, the duo will present a week of cuisine that’s fresh, creative and unique. Fournier currently helms La Tour, a one-star Michelin restaurant in the beautiful village of Sancerre in Farnce’s Loire Valley. This is Fournier’s second visit to Mezze.
