THE Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) plans to set up a playground for special children at the Penang Municipal Park.
MPPP Recreation, Tourism and International Affairs Department director Mohamed Akbar Mustapha said the council was looking into the types of equipment for the playground and was expected to call for an open tender for the project by April this year.
