IN a move to curb social problems, the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) is planning to impose a condition that budget hotels in the municipality not be allowed to rent out their rooms on an hourly basis.
“It is no secret that many rent rooms out on this basis for undesirable activities,” said MPS president Mohd Azizi Mohd Zain.
