TEMERLOH: The state Fire and Rescue Department received an allocation of RM800,000 from the Government to install 140 new fire hydrants statewide last year.
State director Datuk Abdul Wahab Mat Yassin said in addition, the department had also spent RM689,500 to maintain and service 92 existing hydrants throughout the state.
