SERDANG parliamentary liaison officer Datuk Yap Pian Hon has challenged the Selangor government to conduct a public hearing on turning Jalan Besar, Seri Kembangan, into a one-way road.
He said the one-way traffic system aimed at easing congestion would actually make matters worse.
