NEW foreign sides are making their debut appearances at the sixth Bintang Rugby Club (BRC) International Junior Rugby 10s tournament at the Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort this weekend.
They are Indonesia’s Jakarta Komodos Junior Rugby, Hong Kong’s Discovery Bay Pirates and Hisham Abdeen Rugby Football Academy from the United Arab Emirates.
