THE Down Syndrome and Hyper Active Children Care Centre in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang, was officially opened recently to encourage people to show support for children with special needs and disabilities.
Established in March 2011, the centre serves as a special needs school for the 23 children enrolled. They live with various disabilities such as Down Syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability (ID) and hyperactive disorders and some also suffer from audio impairment.
