BILLBOARD owners and telcos must apply for permits to build structures on land within the Sepang Municipal Council (MPSp), said its president Mohd Sayuthi Bakar.
He said this when referring to the recent judgment in the High Court on the Automated Enforcement System (AES) and after MPSp councillor Santokh Singh voiced out concerns over the issue at the full board meeting yesterday.
