DESPITE the downpour on Sunday night, hundreds of people thronged the Taman Jaya lake in Petaling Jaya for the annual Chap Goh Meh festival.
Chap Goh Meh, or the Chinese Valentine’s Day as it is popularly known, is a Hokkien tradition that is still widely practised in Malaysia.
