SOCIAL media was abuzz on Sunday night after a two-hour blackout and a small fire in 1Utama shopping centre in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya.
In a statement, the shopping centre’s management said it had no control over the blackout, which also caused a traffic jam in the carpark as the boom gates had to be manually operated.
