JOHOR BARU: An Indian national pleaded guilty at the magistrate court here for outraging the modesty of a local woman.
Sivakumar Subrayan, 38, from Chennai, admitted molesting the 24-year-old victim at a night market located at Taman Air Biru in Pasir Gudang here on Jan 19 at around 6.30pm.
