GEORGE TOWN: Two foreigners charged with drug trafficking were given a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) by the High Court here.
Justice Datuk Zamani Abdul Rahim granted the DNAA after the prosecution failed to serve some documents to the defence.
