THE Selangor government and Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) have been blamed for not carrying out their responsibilities and that this had resulted in last Monday’s flash flood in Puchong.
“The local council and state government are not doing their job in ensuring infrastructure such as drains are properly maintained,” said MCA vice-president and Selangor MCA chief Datuk Donald Lim.
