KOTA KINABALU: The year of the snake was slithering in fast and in the midst of a man’s last minute preparation, Fandi Japaar took a haircut.
“It’s tradition for my family to prepare for the Lunar New Year and for me, I get an expensive Chinese New Year haircut,” said Fandi, a Dusun whose mixed family has never failed to mark the celebration.
