MORE Malaysians seeking education abroad are attracted to the low annual tuition fees and cost of living in Canada.
Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said that in 2011, 592 Malaysian students pursued their studies in Canada, adding that this number had grown by over 85% when compared with that of 2002.
