TWO snatch thieves on a motorcycle are terrorising residents in SS7, Petaling Jaya, preying on unsuspecting victims during morning hours.
Their latest victim was 43-year-old Gonthong Lourdesamy, who was attacked in front of her home on Thursday morning.
