The BB charity carnival 2013, an annual pre-CNY event organised by BB Charity Society, was recently held for the eighth time.
Some 600 senior citizens, single mothers, former drug addicts, orphans, the homeless and the disabled received ang pow and goodie bags containing daily essentials courtesy of well-wishers.
