CHINESE New Year is never dull at the Penang Home for the Infirm and Aged residents.
This year, 221 residents of the home were treated to a sumptuous eight-course dinner, joined by more than 200 volunteers, donors, supporters, Lam Wah Ee Hospital staff and NGO members.
