RESIDENTS of Section 11, Bukit Serdang in Seri Kembangan want Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) to take action against the developer dumping construction waste in a water retention pond nearby.
Serdang MCA chairman Datuk Liew Yuen Keong said rapid development in the area had given rise to negative effects on the environment there.
