Chef Adriano Zumbo shares technical know-how and tips with pastry arts students


IT IS not every day a famed patissier walks into a local cooking school to showcase his chocolate creations but it was a lucky day for Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia students when chef Adriano Zumbo made a scheduled visit to impart some of his knowledge to them.

Zumbo, the ambassador for Cacao Barry since January 2012, arrived at the school in Petaling Jaya recently, to feature new and trendy presentations in using chocolate to create a variety of tantalising chocolate treats.
