GABION walls will be constructed as part of slope stabilisation works near the Fraser Towers in Jalan 5/60, Bukit Gasing, to prevent further erosion in the area that has seen several landslips recently.
Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) Engineering Department director Cheremi Tarman said discussions with consultants had found that the move was more cost-effective as a temporary measure.
