GEORGE TOWN: The state government is willing to meet with any non-governmental organisations (NGO) which are concerned over the implementation of the RM8bil infrastructure package.
Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the projects are not “something new” and the state already had discussions and meetings with some NGOs in 2011.
