SIBU: Physically handicapped Yap See Fei, 45, and his family will have a very simple Lunar New year celebration come Feb 10.
“We just cannot afford a big celebration, not even a moderate one. We are too poor for that. However we will still celebrate it as it is an important occasion,” he told The Star yesterday.
