PUBLIC relations consultancy Kim Chew Communications has appointed Jacqueline Arnold as its managing consultant effective Feb 1.
Arnold joined the agency in 2007 and has assisted its founder Kim Chew in client servicing and the management of the agency in her dual role as senior consultant and general manager.
