KUCHING: A survey on the city’s stray dog population is planned to be carried out on April 6 as the first step towards formulating a strategy to deal with the animals.
The survey, the first of its kind in Malaysia, will be conducted jointly by the Sarawak Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SSPCA) and Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) in the latter’s administrative areas.
