AFTER a strong showing in the third-tier FAM (Football Association of Malaysia) League season last year, Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBAPP) FC are looking forward to a promotion to the Premier League next season.
Their team manager Jamil Mohd Noor said they were targeting a top two finish this season after achieving fourth placing in the league in 2011.
