Petronas contributes towards preservation of Dayak culture


KUCHING: Petronas is contributing RM150,000 to the Dayak Cultural Foundation (DCF) to assist in its efforts to preserve, nurture and promote Dayak culture as part of its continuous commitment to the preservation of Malaysia’s traditional arts.

An agreement on the grant was signed at a hotel here yesterday between Petronas Group corporate affairs senior general manager Datuk Mohammad Medan Abdullah and DCF managing trustee Tan Sri Leonard Linggi Jugah, witnessed by Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Alfred Jabu who is also the foundation’s chairman.
