THE Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) will be building a retention pond in Section 13 to channel excessive water collected during floods.
Shah Alam mayor Datuk Mohd Jaafar Mohd Atan said the cause of floods should be examined first and not merely blame the monsoon season.
