ALOR SETAR: The newly setup Barisan Nasional Youth Volunteers (BNYV) Kedah chapter targets at least 1,000 members in the near future.
Its chairman Khairul Annuar Hanafi, 21, said the movement had registered some 80 members despite having only been around for two weeks.
