GEORGE TOWN: The Penang DAP Socialist Youth (Dapsy) has demanded that the organisers of Penang Run 2013 call off the event scheduled to be held on Thaipusam day.
Penang Dapsy sports bureau chief David Marshel condemned the move and questioned the organisers’ motive for holding the event on Jan 27.
