KUCHING: The governments of Sarawak and Sabah do not have stakes in regional airlines, MASwings, as initially planned.
Confirming this, Tourism Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg said the recent restructuring exercise of Malaysia Airlines (MAS), the parent company, was favourable to both states and therefore, the governments did not have to invest in MASwings.
