GEORGE TOWN: A state MIC Youth leader claims he received information confirming that a Penang municipal councillor had sought and obtained bribes from a woman, as mentioned in an online article.

State MIC Youth chief J. Dhinagaran said he was in the process of gathering facts and called on the councillor to own up and refund the money to the woman within seven days.
