The development will comprise 689 units of serviced residences and 32 shop units to cater to first time homebuyers, young families and investors wishing to rent homes to students studying in nearby institutions of higher learning in the near future.
Priced from RM400,000, the serviced residences have gross built-up areas from 1,004sq ft with a comfortable layout of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

“We are happy to be moving into high-rise developments in the BSP township and confident that BSP Skypark will receive positive responses due to its affordable pricing.
“BSP Skypark’s vision of ‘A Lifestyle Of Connected Possibilities’ embodies the connectivity buyers can expect among families, friends as well as investors seeking business opportunities here,” he said at the launch of BSP Skypark, which also marked the unveiling of the BSP Sales Gallery.
The gallery, which features the BSP Skypark show unit and other LBS developments in Bandar Saujana Putra, is available for viewing daily, from 9am to 9pm.
“The focus of the property sector has shifted to affordable homes and having experience in this segment, LBS will continue to support the Government’s initiatives to increase home ownership among Malaysians.
“Our recent success of achieving RM871mil in sales, which has surpassed our 2012 sales target of RM800mil, is proof that offerings are in line with the needs of Malaysian homebuyers,” he said.
A key feature of BSP Skypark is the spacious 0.53ha-sized facilites area comprising prayer rooms, a multipurpose hall and playground.
The area will also include recreational facilities such as swimming pool, hot tub, jogging track, gym, game room and yoga room.
In addition there will be reading areas, cafes and sundeck to promote a leisurely lifestyle among residents.
For convenience and increased security, a minimum of two parking lots per unit will also be allocated for residents.
Targeted for completion by 2016, BSP Skypark has a total Gross Development value of RM320mil.
LBS will be offering attractive incentives to serviced residents buyers which included an 8% rebate for every unit in addition to a 7% discount for Bumiputra buyers.
