AMONG those who celebrated their birthday on the first day of the New Year was Tengku Bendahara of Selangor, Tengku Azman Shah Sultan Hishamuddin Alam Shah.
Tengku Azman, who had not been seen in the public eye since five years ago, marked his 82nd birthday with a reception for 450 guests at the D’Palma Hotel, Shah Alam.
