Acts of kindness becoming very rare these days

IMAGINE trying to get through a door only to find people from the other direction pushing their way through. And when you decide to let them pass, you realise more are walking in while you patiently hold on to the door, looking like the doorman.

Don’t even expect a ‘Thank You’ because more often than not all you get in return is a cloud of dust in their wake.
