Intense: Sandstorms are also known as dust storms. They are caused by violent wind that carries clouds of sands with it. No rain is involved but it feels tempestuous.
IT was like a scene from a horror movie during a massive sandstorm in Doha early April.
We’ve experienced some bad storms before. In fact, there are always some form of floating sand particles all year round in this part of the world due to its location, landscape and weather conditions.
