Take efforts beyond car-free mornings

IT would appear that with the latest scheme to get tourists to participate in the KL Car-free Morning, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is more keen to have a bi-monthly bicycle carnival than to actually promote cycling and walking as part of the urban transport system.

Generally, the people who participate in the KL car-free Sunday mornings wish to be able to cycle or walk in the city more frequently.
