But this misconception got rocked to its core when Subang Jaya’s Super Girls emerged champions in the Under-8 division in the Subang Jaya Community Sports Club (SJCSC) invitational football tournament.
The girls held Royal Selangor Club to a goalless draw for the regulation period then went on to win a thrilling penalty shootout 3-2 to seal their victory in the Under-8 category.
