Liverpool FC’s tour in Malaysia last week was something to savour for Malaysian fans of the English Premier League club.

The encounter against a Malaysia Selection was the final stop in Asia after successful outings in Bangkok, Brisbane and Adelaide. It was the club’s second visit to Kuala Lumpur since 2011 when a crowd of more than 80,000 fans witnessed a goalfest as Liverpool came out 6-3 winners against a Malaysian XI.
