OLD rivals Selangor and Singapore will go head-to-head once again this year in the 14th edition of the Sultan of Selangor Cup football competition.
It will also see the return of Singaporean football legend Fandi Ahmad, who is no stranger to the tournament, as well as Malaysian football.
