At an event to announce the six-day ESMT Smart Business Leaders Programme in Berlin, Germany, for medium-sized small and medium enterprises in September, K-Pintar Academy chief executive officer RA Thiagaraja said education was key if they wanted to go to the next level.

He is not suggesting that chief executive officers can be made in classrooms. They still need to have a combination of the three important Es — exposure, experience and education.
