LOOKING to cater to the demand from travellers for unconventional hotels, a Malaysian businessman has decided to provide a new holiday experience by introducing what is said to be Johor’s first container hotel.
Erwin Chow, 43, decided to set up Container Gardenstay in Johor Baru after getting the idea a few years ago from his best friend and business partner Thomas Pua, 43, who studied and lived in a container in the United States in 1993.
