UTM researchers venture to the Antarctic

JOHOR BARU: Enduring the ice-cold weather in the Antarctic was a small sacrifice for a team of researchers from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) who managed to collect some 250 samples.

The group of six led by Prof Dr Mazlan Hashim, journeyed through the Grake Passage via a research vessel for the 14-day expedition from Ushuaia, Argentina to the Antarctic and back.
