PENANG has started its ESTEEM (Engagement, Science, Technology, Engineering, English and Mathematics) programme for children and youths.
Penang Science Cluster Bhd chief executive officer Ooi Peng Ee said those aged between seven and 18 could enrol in the programme that places emphasis on the learning of science, technology, engineering, English and mathematics.
