Master pastry chef and Melbourne’s award-winning artisan chocolatier and patissier Tim Clark is the featured chef at the InterContinental Kuala Lumpur World Celebrity Chef Series 2015, which will be held tomorrow till Nov 20. Clark will be showcasing the best in new and innovative cakes, chocolates, pastries and macarons for afternoon tea, dessert and chocolate buffet. He will also have a master cooking class. The Artisanal Afternoon Tea and Great Indulgence with Wine Pairing are the highlights at IVIV (OneSixFive) Lounge and Bar. The tea set offers Strawberry Mascarpone Cake, Murray River Salted Caramel Macaron, Choc Pop with Freeze Dried Raspberry and a pot of house tea. It is priced at RM160 nett for two persons. The wine pairing is priced at RM42 nett and RM128 nett, depending on the desserts ordered. Serena Brasserie will host a Chocolate Garden featuring “Truffle Noir” Chocky Pop, Summer Berry Delight and Passionfruit Marshmallow Cubes, served alongside other international and local treats. It is priced at RM148 nett per person. Tao Chinese Cuisine and Tatsu Japanese Cuisine will offer Fried Ice Cream drizzled with Murray River Salted Butterscotch as a special dessert, priced from RM28 nett.
