Midori Japanese Restarant at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel is showcasing a five-course gourmet meal that is paired with 180ml Hakutsuru sake. The menu includes Duo Tantare of Salmon and Tuna Tobikko Mayo Sushi Ball for starter, Scallop and Prawn Kaminabe Consomme soup, a choice of Lamb Yakiniku Avocado Salsa or Grill Pacific Cod with Miso Glaze for main course, and Matcha Strawberry Mousse, Azuki Dorayaki with Mascarpone Cheese for dessert.
