The menu offers treats like Braised Garoupa Fish with Mushrooms, Brisket, Ginger and Vinegar Soup, Chilled Brine Duck “Nan Jiang” Style, Deep Fried Chicken Wings with Mustard, Steamed Cod Fish with Minced Chicken Paste and Poached Bean Curd, Brisket, Mushrooms with Cordyceps Flower in Superior Soup.
