SOI23 sous-chef Zairul Effendi is taking a different approach to Ramadan this year.

A look at the spread for the restaurant’s Memori Selera Desa promotion reveals a heavy use of herbs and spices, which show up in many of Zairul’s dishes including Ayam Masak Lemak Daun Cekur.
