FRUITS — an often overlooked cooking ingredient — take the spotlight this month at Zuan Yuan, the Chinese restaurant in One World Hotel Petaling Jaya.

The fruit-based menu was concocted by the restaurant’s assistant Chinese chef Heng Sze Hooi, who wanted to create something that was lighter in taste in view of the current hot weather.
